I trust you will be ignoring their recommendations. If the majority of people ignore it all it will fizzle out. It's the idiots rushing to obey what they perceive as instructions.
(Having said that, I think it will never go away now - people and institutions have all be too well conditioned and it's like a reflex)
I’m pretty sure it’s ripping through my kids’ schools as everyone has the sniffles. I haven’t heard of a single kid going and getting tested to confirm anything. No fever, then just continue on as usual. It’s been glorious!
Did you write back and tell them: 1) they are wrong and here is why and 2) you and everyone you know are not going to comply. If they hear this from enough people, they will retreat into their corners to "suffer" with Weingarten...
This is happening in all sorts of places western world wide eg Australia. It is amazing how quickly otherwise logical people will succumb to orchestrated hype and fear. Has to be challenged but few are willing!

Not just elementary schools! Look at this write up about Rutgers. The good news is that at least 22 young people were smart enough to protect themselves.
I think just last week my husband was telling me that people at work started wearing masks and they don’t even have a MANDATE (under their nose or chin) and just yesterday I went grocery shopping I couldn’t believe how many people I saw wearing masks AGAIN 🤦♀️
The only way forward is complete non-compliance.
