Do these critics engage in any introspection? It's not really a political (right vs left) song. It's about the human condition.

I mean for most of my life, this would have been considered a left-wing song, save perhaps the couple lines about welfare. But even that, Joe Biden once wrote wrote a column that included, "We are all too familiar with the stories of welfare mothers driving luxury cars and leading lifestyles that mirror the rich and famous".

That's what so enlightening -- seeing all these people turn on the same things they used to embrace because now there's political points to be scored. (Sort of like how they pretended to be anti-war in the mid '00s)

The song is good, but the backlash to the song is very educational -- as another reminder that the left hates anything they don't control. The complaints about the island lyrics are especially laughable -- the media has dropped the Epstein client list like they dropped the vaccine injuries story. It's more clear than ever that the entire operation was a CIA/Swamp op to obtain blackmail material........meaning that government will literally sex traffic minors to rich people in order to increase its power.

This article is so left-leaning, it fell out of its chair.

My favorite part was where they glossed right over the actual issue with Epstein Island. "Just make sure you don't talk about THAT!"

Haven't listened to the song yet (teen watching Superman next to me 😂) but it's obviously touched a nerve so clearly contains more than a grain of truth....I read Chris Bray's substack and its clear both your media and political leaders have utterly lost the plot. No wonder they hate this.
