In my last post, I wrongly said there were a “row of 0’s” for the unvaccinated. That is incorrect, as a couple comments mentioned. Forgive me, it says there were 6 deaths among the “No doses”. I was not trying to deceive, I believe it was of those things were you only “see” the 1st couple letters of the word and fill in the rest. Seems there were 0 hospitalizations, 0 ICU patients, but 6 deaths. Hopefully the peculiarity of these numbers provides some sympathy for my error.

A continuing problem, however, is the number of cases for which vaccination status is described as unknown. (Because a precise match is not found in the AIR, we are told.) This number/proportion has varied somewhat between the various states (when they all used to report it), and is a continuing frustration to those of us who would like to know what is really going on.
